HOW TO ORDER To place your order, please complete an orderform. You may fax, e-mail, or mail your completed order form with payment information. If you have a product, shipping cost, or sales question, please contact us via email. sales@micro-wiz.com.
FAX The preferred method of ordering is by fax. If you are paying by credit card, you may fax your order to us, available 24-hours a day. Just complete our order form and fax it to us. PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept the following forms of payment in U.S. Dollar. Money Order (U.S. Dollar) Paypal (NO debit/credit cards through paypal) Paypal e-check Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard U.S. only) Checks (U.S. only)
Money Order Money Orders must be in U.S. Dollars. Make money order payable to "MicroWiz". You may obtain a U.S. money order from your bank or post office (in most countries). International money orders must clear bank before merchandise can be shipped; approx. 5-10 days.
PAYPAL We are now accepting internet based payment Paypal.com. We accept Paypal, including Paypal e-check. Please NO Credit cards and NO Debit cards through Paypal. Fax or email your completed order form, check the Paypal payment option box and we will email you a payment request through Paypal. Credit Card We accept Visa and MasterCard. There is a 3% surcharge on all non-cash (excludes money order & check orders) UNDER $150. To place a credit card order, you must provide the credit card number, name on the card, expiration date, billing zip code, and sign the orderform to authorize payment.
To calculate the 3% CC/Non-cash fee, total entire order including shipping fee and multiply by 3% (example: $25 item, $6 shipping = $31. $31.00 x 3% cc = $0.93, Total Order amount $31.93).
If you are placing a credit card order with a different SHIP TO address, EXPRESS/OVERNIGHT Shipment, or purchase over $200 you must complete and fax us the "Additional Security Form" for credit card purchases (Adobe Acrobat .PDF fill-able form).
Due to required Security Clearance, all credit card orders require a waiting period of 24-hours before shipment.
Checks Business
or Personal checks are accepted, please include driver's license number,
state issued, and expiration date. Complete all the contact information
needed for check payments. Due to the over-whelming NSF checks received,
check orders will not be shipped until the check clears our bank (approx.
10-14 days). Make
There is a $35 fee for all Returned Checks, Plus any court or collection agency fees to collect amount owed.
Purchase Orders Purchase orders are only available for Government Agencies, Schools, and Hospital. NET-15 on first orders and NET-30 on following orders. Must fax photo copy of a valid identification card (government issued). If you would like to get a copy of your invoice or receipt, we can e-mail or fax your receipt to you. Please make requests to sales@micro-wiz.com (include your name and order information). ALL SALES FINAL No returns or refunds on opened merchandise. There is an 18% restocking fee on ALL returned "un-opened" merchandise (claims must be received within 14-days). There is no refund on Shipping and Handling costs and surcharge fees. There is $35 Fee on All returned checks. There will be no exceptions
RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES No returns, refunds, or exchange on open merchandise. All returns must have original packaging and parts. Claims must be made within 14-days of date of invoice. We will not accept any requests if it has been passed the 14-days.
A completed RMA form request must be sent via email or mail. Do not ship merchandise unless you've been issued an RMA number. Write the RMA number on the package with a copy of the RMA request form. No package will be accepted without an RMA number, all unmarked packages will be discarded. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, exchange, or refunds to any one. Cash refunds are not available. You will receive a "non-cashable" Store Credit good for 90-days if your refund/return is valid. |
Due to required Security Clearance, all credit card orders require a waiting period of 24-hours before shipment. Orders placed on a business day before 12:00PM (Arizona Time) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Holiday, weekends, and after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the following business day. We reserve the right to ship packages using our selected mail carrier and service. We hold most shipments until payment verification is completed (approx 2-3 business days). Packages are shipped USPS Standard Mail or FedEx Ground.
Insurance & Tracking Once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any damage and/or lost packages. All packages will include a tracking number. All FedEx shipments are insured by FedEx for up to $100. You must request insurance for USPS (optional).

International Shipping Cost We ship with the following carriers and services for International Orders. Sorry we no longer offer "express" delivery to international destinations.

Note: USPS Express "Overnight" service is quoted as "Overnight to Most Areas" by USPS.com. MicroWiz is not responsible for any mail carrier delays and "uninsured" lost packages.
*USPS= United States Postal Service Handling Fee - A handling fee of $2.95 applies to most orders. This fee covers packaging materials and package handling.
