Return and Exchange Policy

 

A receipt dated within 14-days is required for all returns and exchanges. Only un-opened merchandise can be returned and an 18% re-stocking fee will apply.

Returns and exchanges without a receipt and opened merchandise will not be accepted. Packages without a visible RMA # will not be accepted. All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging and contain all the original accessories.  Merchandise cannot be returned if they have been opened or tampered with. We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of any product(s).

 

Packages without an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) visible on the packaging will be refused and will not be processed. You may request for an RMA number by Email or Mail. With your request, please include the completed RMA form and a copy of your original receipt. Do not send any merchandise unless you have an RMA number on the package, or it will be discarded.
