How to place an Order at the Recycle Bin Section -
The Recycle Bin Section is an ad-section for Clients and Customers, therefore, most of the items at the Recycle Bin listed are NOT for sale by MicroWiz (sales@micro-wiz.com). Instead, each item has the contact information of the Seller listed with the product. You may email, call, or write to the individual who is Selling the item and request information on the product, shipping cost, and how to order.
If you have any questions, or cannot reach the contact information we have listed for the Seller, please feel free to contact us (sales@micro-wiz.com) and we will try to acquire the current contact information form the seller.
If the product is listed with MicroWiz; the contact information is listed as sales@micro-wiz.com; then you may use our Order Form and follow the following instructions on placing an order with MicroWiz
The following are steps on how to place an order with us. As always if you have any questions or prefer to place an order using the phone, contact us at (520) 726-0150 or email us at sales@micro-wiz.com with your phone number. We'll be more than happy to help you with your order.
Step 1.

Step 2.
Click on the Order Form button from the sales terms section or any of the "order form" links from our product pages. www.micro-wiz.com/orderform.html
Fill out the Order Form.
ENTERING ITEMS
Many people are confused on what to enter in the "Product Name" and "Product Description" of the Order Form.
Example: if you are wanting to order Microsoft 3D Movie Maker, enter the name "MS 3D Movie Maker" on the Product Name Section and then type in "CD, Online Manual, ver 1.0, full version" on the Product Description. We do not have item numbers for our products, therefore, you may describe it using the model number, color, speed, or misc. product information like the sample below.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Please fill out the customer information as thorough as possible, include E-mail address so we can email you your order number and order status. (see sample below)
SHIPPING
Most orders ship out for only $5.35 (USA) USPS Priority Mail, this price is good for ink orders of up to 10 pcs, small -medium size printer ribbons of up to 6 pcs, small hardware, and no-box software (excludes "retail box" software which is $6.55 -USA). Most International no-box software are shipped for only $9.00. If you want exact shipping cost, contact us by email sales@micro-wiz.com include the items you are ordering, quantity, and zip code.
-As Always, if your order is $200 or more (software or ink cartridges) your order will qualify for FREE SHIPPING (*USPS).

PAYMENT
Make a selection on the PAYMENT TYPE section of the order form, click in the box of the payment type you want to use, a checkmark will appear.
If you are paying with a check, money order, or cashier's check, you may fill out the form and mail it with your payment. (mail to : MicroWiz , Attn: Sales Dept., PO Box 4035, Yuma, AZ 85366-4035. Make checks & money orders payable to "MicroWiz".
CHECK PAYMENT
For check payments, please be sure to fill out the "CHECK" section of the order form, fill in your Driver's License Number, State Issued, and Expiration Date. (see sample below)
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
If you are paying with a credit card (visa/mc), bank transfer, or COD, you may fill out the order form and FAX or EMAIL it to sales@micro-wiz.com

There is a 3% surcharge on Credit Card Orders under $150. The 3% surcharge is calculated by adding the subtotal of the products, plus the shipping cost. The reason for this is that the merchant charges us on the entire transaction cost. Example, if the order is $35.99 subtotal, plus $5.35 shipping, we pay 3% of $41.34 ($35.99 + $5.35= $41.34) which is $1.24 ($41.34 x 3%). If your order is $150.00 or more then you will not need to include the 3% credit card surcharge.
Please be sure to fill out the "CREDIT CARD" section of the orderform. (see sample below)
Don't forget to SIGN the SIGNATURE BOX to authorize your credit card order.
REQUESTING CATALOG/PENS
With every order, you may request for FREE, a MicroWiz Pen and/or MicroWiz Catalog. Just click on the box to select one or both items.
Step 3.
After completing the order form, you may fax or mail it with your payment to us.
Once we have received your order by mail or fax, we will inform you about the status of your order by E-mail. If the item is out of stock, we will inform you that it is out-of-stock and then email you when the item becomes in-stock with the shipment date of your back-ordered item.
