How to place an Order -

 

All internet orders will be processed accordingly.

You must complete an orderform to place your order.

Note: All credit card orders require a SIGNED and completed order form.

If you need an orderform post-mail, email, or faxed to you, please contact sales@micro-wiz.com 

or call  (928)344-1626 and leave the following information

 

1. Your Full Name

2. Mailing Address and phone number

3. Email Address

4. Product you are inquiring about and quantity desired.

 

How to Complete an Orderform:

 

The following are steps on how to place an order with us. If you have questions, we'll be more than happy to help you with your order, contact sales@micro-wiz.com.

Step 1.

Before placing your order, please read our Sales Terms www.micro-wiz.com/sales.html

the Sales Terms page provides information on types of payments we accept, approximate shipping cost, shipping carrier options, and payment & sales terms and information. From that page you may click on the ORDER FORM link or go to www.micro-wiz.com/orderform.html. If you prefer, an order form can be mailed or emailed to you (just request one by email).

 

Step 2.

Complete the Order Form (type in your information). 

 

ENTERING ITEMS

Many people are confused on what to enter in the "Product Name" and "Product Description" of the Order Form. 

 

Example: if you are wanting to order Microsoft 3D Movie Maker, enter the name "MS 3D Movie Maker" on the Product Name Section and then type in "CD, Online Manual, ver 1.0, full version" on the Product Description. We do not have item numbers for our products, therefore, you may describe it using the model number, color, speed, or misc. product information like the sample below. Unit is the price of one (or each) item. 

 

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Please fill out the customer information as thorough as possible, include E-mail address so we can email you your order number and order status. (see sample below)

 

 

SHIPPING

Most orders ship out for only $5.85 (USA) USPS Priority Mail, this price is good for ink orders of up to 10 pcs, small -medium size printer ribbons of up to 6 pcs, small hardware, and no-box software (excludes "retail box" software which is $6.55 -USA). Most International no-box software are shipped for only $9.00. If you want exact shipping cost, contact us by email sales@micro-wiz.com include the items you are ordering, quantity, and zip code. Some small products has an ECONOMY shipping rate  for only $2.99 (Regular First Class, must be less than 8 oz, check with us if the product you're ordering qualifies).

 

-As Always, if your order is $200 or more (software or ink cartridges only) your order will qualify for FREE SHIPPING (*USPS).

PAYMENT 

Make a selection on the PAYMENT TYPE section of the order form, click in the box of the payment type you want to use, a checkmark will appear.

 

 

If you are paying with a check, money order, or cashier's check, you may fill out the form and mail it with your payment. (mail to : MicroWiz , PO Box 4035, Yuma, AZ 85366-4035). Make checks & money orders payable to "MicroWiz".

 

CHECK PAYMENT

For check payments, please be sure to fill out the "CHECK" section of the order form, fill in your Driver's License Number, State Issued, and Expiration Date. (see sample below)

 

 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

If you are paying with a credit card (visa/mc), bank transfer, or COD, please complete and sign an order form and FAX, MAIL,  or EMAIL it to sales@micro-wiz.com

There is a 3% surcharge on Credit Card/Non-cash Orders UNDER $150. The 3% surcharge is calculated by adding the subtotal of the products, plus the shipping cost. The reason for this is that the credit card merchant charges on the entire transaction cost. Example, if the order is $35.99 subtotal, plus $5.35 shipping, we pay 3% of $41.34 ($35.99 + $5.35= $41.34) which is $1.24 ($41.34 x 3%). If your order is $150.00 or more then you will not need to include the 3% credit card/ non-cash surcharge.  

 

 

Please be sure to fill out the "CREDIT CARD" section of the orderform. (see sample below) 

 

Don't forget to SIGN the SIGNATURE BOX or line to authorize your credit card order. 

Please complete an "Additional Security Form" for Credit Card Purchases that have ANY of  the following properties:

                        1. Credit card billing address does not match SHIP TO address

                        2. Credit Card purchase is over $300.00

                        3. Order requires EXPRESS SHIPMENT (Overnight, Next Day, Express, etc.).

                             Express shipment DOES NOT include "Priority Mail", "Ground", Global Priority or 3-Day Select.

 

REQUESTING CATALOG/PENS

With every order, you may request for FREE, a MicroWiz Pen and/or MicroWiz Catalog. Just click on the box to select one or both items.

 

 

Step 3.

After completing the order form, you may fax or mail it with your payment. You may also E-mail your order,  but the more secure process is Mail or Fax. Once we have received your order by mail or fax, we will inform you about the status of your order by E-mail. If the item is out of stock, we will inform you via email or post-mail (if no email is provided) and if the item will become available.
