-Quick Address icon- allows you to insert address information directly into your word processor and onto your Windows Clipboard. Which can then be pasted into any Windows application.

-Dial the Phone Icon- search for the individual to be dialed, select the number to be called.

-The labels Menu allows you to print individual entries or group of entries onto labels.

-Importing and Exporting, you can export or import in both ASCII and DBF (dbase) format.
